Delete your Nira Fit account

You can permanently delete your Nira Fit account and the data linked to it at any time. This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open Nira Fit and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account and tap “Delete my account”. (If you have not finished setup, the same button is on the setup screen.)
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your profile: birth date, sex, height, goal, activity level, allergies and food preferences.
• Your meal plans, food logs (including AI meal-photo analyses), weight, exercise, supplement and daily check-in entries.
• Your conversations with the AI coach and any reports you sent about AI content.
• Shopping lists, saved items, achievements and health-integration connection records.
• Your login (email and sign-in credentials).

What may be kept

Backups are overwritten on the provider's normal rotation (generally within 30 days). Anonymous, aggregate analytics that cannot identify you are not affected. If the law requires us to keep a record (for example a payment record), only that record is kept.

Third parties

Data you shared with our AI processor to produce a plan, chat reply or photo analysis is not used by us to build a profile of you. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Nira Fit under Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple. Health data you wrote to Apple Health or Health Connect stays in those apps; delete it there.
