Yes. You can log your supplements by time and your weekly exercise routine, with reminders to keep you on track.

Can I get my meal plan as a PDF?

Yes. You can download your complete meal plan in PDF format to view offline or print.

Privacy Policy

Nira Fit ("Nira Fit," "we," "us," or "our") helps dietitians and their patients manage diet plans, progress, and communication. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Nira Fit app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Full name, email address, phone number (optional), profile photo, and password.

Dietitian profile information. If you register as a dietitian: clinic name, assistant name, business address, office hours, WhatsApp number, contact email, website, and a short bio, all of which your patients can see.

Patient health and fitness information. If you use Nira Fit as a patient, we collect information your dietitian enters or that you log yourself: your goal, height, birth date, sex, weight over time, diet plans and calorie/macro targets your dietitian creates for you, the meals and supplements you log (including any photos you submit of your food, which are analyzed to estimate calories and macros), and exercise you log.

Messages. Messages you exchange with your dietitian or patient inside the app.

Payment information. Nira Fit is currently free to use, and we do not collect or process any payment information. If paid plans are introduced in the future, this section will be updated to describe how payment information is handled.

Device and usage information. Language and unit preferences, app theme, and a general (not precise) location derived from your IP address, used only to suggest a default language on first use.

Notifications. If you enable them, we use your browser's notification permission to send meal and supplement reminders.

2. How We Use Information

To provide the core service: connecting patients with their dietitian, tracking plans, meals, weight, and supplements.
To power AI-assisted features: estimating calories/macros from a food photo, suggesting a diet plan or exercise plan for a dietitian to review, and drafting suggested chat replies for a dietitian.
To process subscription payments and manage billing.
To send service-related communications, including optional reminders and a weekly progress summary email.
To maintain the security and integrity of the service.

3. How Information Is Shared

Your dietitian can see the health and fitness information described above, and your dietitian's practice information is visible to their patients — that visibility is core to how the service works and is set up when a patient joins a dietitian's roster.

We share information with service providers who help us run Nira Fit, including our application hosting platform (Base44) and AI/machine-learning providers used to power the features described above. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nira Fit, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data, including — for a dietitian account — the data of the patients in that dietitian's roster, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can review and update most of your profile information directly in Settings. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or receive a copy of it, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Children's Privacy

Nira Fit is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Nira Fit is used across multiple countries. Your information may be processed in a country other than the one where you live, including the United States, and by service providers located elsewhere. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
