Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nira Fit ("Nira Fit," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Nira Fit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Nira Fit Is

Nira Fit is a general-wellness app that creates AI-generated meal plans, lets you log food and track progress, and offers an AI nutrition coach. Nira Fit is not a healthcare provider and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no doctor or dietitian reviews your plan or your chats.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Nira Fit is built for generally healthy adults and is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, or have a medical condition that affects your diet (for example diabetes, kidney, heart or liver disease) unless your doctor or registered dietitian has approved your approach. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, and for entering accurate information.

3. AI-Generated Content

Nira Fit uses AI to create your plan, estimate calories and macros from photos or descriptions, and answer your questions. AI output is an estimate. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not reviewed by a person. Calorie and nutrient values are approximations. Always read food labels yourself; the allergy filter is a safety aid, not a guarantee. You can report an AI answer with the report button, and withdraw AI consent in Settings.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Nira Fit is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in Nira Fit. Stop and seek medical care if you feel unwell. In an emergency contact your local emergency number. Nira Fit will not plan calorie targets below safe minimums or a weight-loss deficit when your BMI is low or you tell us weight loss is not appropriate for you, and you agree not to try to bypass those limits.

5. Pricing

Nira Fit is currently free. If paid features are introduced we will update these Terms in advance, and purchases made through the app will follow the Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service: no accessing another person's account, no unlawful or harmful content, no attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the AI or the service, and no interference with normal operation.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you submit (such as photos and messages) and give us a license to process it as needed to operate the service, including sending it to the AI service as described in the Privacy Policy. Nira Fit and its content, features and design belong to its operator.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nira Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nira Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or from changes you make to your diet or exercise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer-protection law where you live.

9. Termination and Deleting Your Account

You can stop using Nira Fit and permanently delete your account at any time in Settings, Account, or at nirafit.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live still apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will tell you in the app. Continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
