Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nira Fit ("Nira Fit," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Nira Fit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Nira Fit Is

Nira Fit is a software platform that helps dietitians manage their patients' diet plans, progress, and communication. Nira Fit is not a healthcare provider. We do not employ, supervise, or verify the professional credentials of any dietitian using the platform. Any nutritional guidance, diet plan, or advice you receive comes from your dietitian, a licensed professional responsible for their own practice, not from Nira Fit.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Dietitian Accounts

If you register as a dietitian, you're solely responsible for holding any license or qualification required in your jurisdiction to provide nutritional guidance, and for the accuracy and safety of any plan, recommendation, or message you provide to a patient through the platform. Nira Fit does not review or approve dietitian-created content.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Nira Fit uses AI to estimate calories and macros from food photos, to suggest draft diet or exercise plans, and to draft suggested chat replies. These are estimates and starting points only — they are not medical or nutritional advice, and a dietitian should always review AI-suggested content before it's relied upon or sent to a patient. Nira Fit is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated estimates or suggestions.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Nira Fit is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concern, consult a qualified physician before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.

6. Pricing

Nira Fit is currently free to use for both dietitian and patient accounts, with no subscription or payment required. If paid plans are introduced in the future, this section will be updated in advance, and any purchases available through the app will be handled via the app store's in-app purchase system.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another user's account without authorization, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.

8. Intellectual Property

Nira Fit and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Nira Fit's operator. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as photos and messages), but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the service, including processing it through AI features described above.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nira Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nira Fit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm resulting from a dietitian's advice, an AI-generated estimate, or a missed reminder.

10. Termination

You may stop using Nira Fit and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nira Fit after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
